I think I have a defective itemUpdated 2 years ago

If you believe you've received a defective item*, kindly contact us at [email protected]. In your email, please include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A picture of the defect

Numi undershirts are covered against manufacturing defects* 5 days from the date of delivery. If you don't contact us within 5 days from the delivery date, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange as a result of a defective or damaged item. 

*Please note our clothing is garment dyed and enzyme washed. Due to this process, there may be slight variations in color.
